This week pivots around the very first drinking day – as Monday sees a Meet the Brewer spectacular at Appellation Wines’s Comely Bank branch. Seven beers will be on offer for tasting, four from Alechemy in Livingston, and three from Elixir, who brew at Alechemy, in Livingston. James Davies from the former and Benjii Bullen from the latter will be in attendance, chatting through their brewing philosophies and leading tastings of their bottled range.
